Matthew joined Meyers & Meyers, PLLC, in 2022. Matthew focuses on a diverse range of immigration matters before USCIS and immigration courts, including asylum and withholding of removal, removal defense, family and marriage-based petitions and applications, waivers, humanitarian parole and U nonimmigrant visas. Matthew became an attorney after working for a decade in agriculture and agribusiness, including several years living and working with H-2A farm workers in New York and Jamaica. Before joining the firm, Matthew worked with the Immigrant Advocate Response Collaborative (a national nonprofit), New York State's Division of Human Rights, and Albany Law School's Immigration Law Clinic.
