Family Members of TN Nonimmigrants

Spouses of TN nonimmigrants and their unmarried minor children accompanying or following to join them are eligible for TD nonimmigrant visas. They cannot accept employment as TD nonimmigrants (unless they are otherwise authorized). They are, however, permitted to attend school on a full time basis.
